Walked down to the Drifting session to find Nic & his friend. Starting off with some local drifters. And followed by a Invited Guest Drifter all the way from Japan to perform!


Taniguti Akira Makoto (Nobuteru Taniguchi), or “NOB” (No One Better) as he is known by drifting and motorsport fans, is a professional Japanese driver who has many wins to his credit including the 2001 D1 Grand Prix Championship in Japan.

Born May 18, 1971 in Hiroshima, Japan, Nobuteru Taniguchi got into motorsports racing minibikes. When NOB was 18 he won an All Japan Mini Bike Race at Suzuka Circuit sponsored by Honda and later got into racing cars and drifting after buying a Toyota AE86.

Before Nobuteru Taniguchi became a professional driver he worked at Takahiro Ueno’s car body kit company, Car Make T&E. In 1999, Taniguchi drove the Bride sponsored Honda Civic in the Suzuka Clubman Race and ended up winning first place. After Taniguchi’s win, HKS added him to their team as a test driver and sponsored race car driver in 2001 when he then piloted the HKS D1 Grand Prix S15 Silvia to a championship win.

Drifting session ended, up next is the Drag Race! Was expecting they gonna race with each other side by side on the straight road but No!

Its just a trial run.. one by one. But still, their cars were freak fast! The turbine sucking in sounds really like an plane taking off. Didn't took much pictures.. too fast till i can't snap them. =/



EHEH WTF we pay $20 bucks for the show, but they just drive some 4x4 and watch outside?!! LOLOL



Didn't watch the entire drag show, & headed in the exhibition hall to envy the show cars. We even saw a Van with Bride Seats omg.. ! Happen to met some friends working down there. They really seems BORING. cos the event was very quiet! No crowd at all. Helped them took some shots of the beautiful racequeens =D

Went back at about 8+ and went dinner with leon at bedok. After our dinner head down to Nic house to chill.. Reached home about 1am. Tiring but fun day =D

Sunday nothing much, just went grandma house for dinner, my naughty little cousins kept disturbing me while playing my psp and kept asking me hug her LOL. >.<

Btw DJ MAX BLACK SQUARE finally released and it ROCKS! The excitement really can't resist.. i can really feel the joy in my heart when i entered the game. wooooot. shit la Daryl gonna pwn me in 8 keys.
